DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHÂ PETS OTHER THAN DOGS?
Other than dogs, I have had a hamster and our family still has a guinea pig. I have watched cats for families as well, but I do have a slight allergy to them. This does not keep me from sitting for them though! I love kitties too!
HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?
If the dogs get along, I can handle two at a time comfortably. I prefer, however, to do individual walk sessions for most of my clients.
WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED FROM ME, THE CLIENT?
To makes things easy on you, I have already made up a client questionnaire for my dog sitting clients. Your dog's routine, habits and, personal information are all included. I like to keep this information handy whenever I'm sitting.
WHAT ABOUT MEET & GREETS?
I always encourage a meet & greet before sitting any client's animals. This ensures the animal recognizes me later, they are friendly with me and that I can learn where things are in the house. This is also good for client's who are leery about having someone new in their home.
